Telephone 01925 398 545 or complete a form at reception. We accept registrations from people living anywhere in the Warrington area.

If you take ongoing medication you can arrange a repeat prescription.

Please pop into the health centre and speak to a receptionist.  

You can also fax your request to us on 01925 398 548.

Your prescription will be available within two working days.
